Adventure weekend

Today is one of those days when it's easy to thank God for it. The sun is shining and the sky blue. It'll be a warm, brilliant day.

Tartan and Aidan couldn't have asked for better for a Cub Scout Adventure Weekend. They are at a camp near London having father-son time with a pirate theme. The weather down there is supposed to be great, too, and a bit warmer. Maybe I'll be able to get Aidan to blog about it.

The rest of the kids and I are getting ready to go to the Banchory scouts annual jumble sale. What in the States we call a rummage sale.

Time lapse.

We managed not to buy too much at the sale. A few items of clothes, books, 3 stuffed toys, and a couple of baskets. The toys were an otter, a sea turtle, and a white Scotty now named "Bobby" after Greyfriars Bobby.

Trusting in the Lord,
Naomi for the Colliers
